What to watch for: Signs of childhood depression

Tammy S.

I am currently in therapy. What I realize is that in my childhood I was going through depression myself. it's not like I didn't know it but to actually hear it. Is it totally different thing. With that, it has been weighing heavily on me to make sure that I am reaching back out to the youth and helping them navigate through challenges.

The new school year has begun. And I don't have to tell you what that means for your child. new beginnings, new friends new experiences. and with that unfortunately, sometimes comes bullying. Throughout the school year, your child will learn more and more about themselves. And although we always want a positive outcome every year, sometimes that is not the case. I have included a PDF of the signs to look for for childhood depression.
